Who We Are

Schuler Technology is an owner-managed specialty machine builder. We know our customers and our machines down to the last detail because we design and build them ourselves. Our core business: VN-series swivel riveting machines with force ranges from 4.5 to 20 kN, plus conveyor technology with our VF series and contract manufacturing for customers who need precise individual parts or small-batch production.

Tumbling riveting is one of the few joining techniques that allows you to create high-strength, form-fit joints with comparatively little force—ideal wherever traditional riveting or screwing reaches its limits. What’s new: We now integrate robotics solutions. Specifically, this means we recommend and install the robot that’s best suited for the task—not the one for which we receive a commission. From individual palletizing cells to retrofitting existing systems with a cobot, we bring the same custom machine-building mindset that has made us a leader in spin riveting: solutions tailored to your operation, not off-the-shelf products.
