From 2 to 14 Rivet-spindles
Multispindleheads are directly manufactured in our house according to our customer specifications and are therefore differenting in the riveting-points distances. From 2 to 8 rivetingspindles and a dimension up to 150mm length or round in the 0 up to 120mm are possible in the standard.

BURNISHING TOOLS
Burnishing tools are perfect for the transformation of cylindrical forms and it doesn’t matter if it is the flattening down of components or if it is the widening of pipes up to a diameter of 100 mm, that is made possible with our equipment. Starting at a roll count of 3 parts, depending on the diameter, the wall strength of the work-piece should not exceed 2mm.

INDEXING TABLES
With our firm clocking indexing tables with a partition of 2, 4, 5, 6, 8, 10, 12, 16, 20, or with freely programmable types we can respond to the individual requirements our customers. The speed of the tables is approximately 220 tacts/min. Special designs or the high speed variation are available on request. The work-piece holder will be customized according to request and mounted on the indexing table.

PUSHING DEVICE
Manual or automatized
Our pushing device is available as the classic in the manual type with an RFID resolution according to the newest guidelines or automatized with a service unit that enables to engage different positions in longitudinal direction. The pushing device will be delivered with a protective housing against access with macrolon or with a perforated plate. The positioning of the manual type succeeds through a Short hub pneumatic cylinder that holds the position of the plate till the riveting process is finished.

LOAD MEASURING PLATE
The load measuring plate is a valuable accessory for quality control, with this you can measure the rivet strength in real time on the display. Inside of it are eight risistive wire strains together with a compromised electronic. An upgrade later is also possible, our controlling are prepared after manufacture.

The hold-down device is used to keep the parts in position and to make sure that the riveting guarantees that the components don’t slip.
